Warranty & Parts

Limited warranty and genuine-parts support for WECAN implements sold through our authorized channel — clear documentation, real replacement parts, and responsive help.

Effective Date: July 14, 2026 · Subject to any applicable written quotation or sales agreement

WeCan Global America supports WECAN agricultural implements sold through our authorized sales channel with limited warranty coverage and parts assistance. Our goal is to help owners, dealers, and fleet operators keep their equipment working — with clear documentation, genuine replacement parts, and responsive support.

Warranty coverage may vary by product, model, application, purchase date, and final written order terms. This page is a general overview only. Final coverage is determined by the written sales agreement, invoice, warranty registration, and approved warranty determination.

Limited Warranty Coverage

New WECAN implements sold by WeCan Global America or an authorized dealer/distributor are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, proper setup, and regular maintenance.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the standard limited warranty is:

Standard Limited Warranty: 12 months from delivery or invoice date.
Replacement Parts Warranty: 90 days from purchase, or the remaining equipment warranty period, whichever is longer.

Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components, at the discretion of WeCan Global America or WECAN GLOBAL CO., LTD. Labor, field service, travel time, hauling, freight, and installation are not covered unless approved in writing before service is performed.

What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty may cover:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship found during normal operation.
  • Approved replacement parts required to correct a covered defect.
  • Certain manufacturer-approved repairs, only when authorized in writing before work begins.
  • Inspection or evaluation of failed parts, photos, videos, or maintenance records required to determine warranty eligibility.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear items — blades, tines, discs, teeth, belts, chains, sprockets, friction discs, cutting edges, hoses, seals, tires, paint finish, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and routine service items.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, overload, improper tractor matching, incorrect PTO speed, improper hitching or setup, lack of maintenance or lubrication, or operation outside the intended use of the product.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, field modifications, welding, alteration, or the use of non-WECAN parts.
  • Damage from rocks, stumps, foreign objects, extreme soil conditions, collision, transport damage, weather exposure, corrosion, fire, flood, or other causes beyond normal product defect.
  • Downtime, loss of crops or income, rental or substitute machinery, labor loss, freight delays, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Labor & Service

Warranty support is centered on the supply of approved replacement parts. Labor, field service, and installation are the customer’s responsibility and are covered only when authorized in writing by WeCan Global America before any work begins. Until a WeCan-authorized service network is established across the Americas, on-site labor is arranged case by case through approved local service providers.

Parts Support

WeCan Global America helps customers and dealers identify and source genuine WECAN replacement parts. To request parts support, please provide:

  • Product model
  • Serial number, if available
  • Photos of the equipment and part location
  • Description of the issue
  • Quantity needed
  • Delivery address or preferred pickup location

Parts availability, lead time, and freight cost are quoted case by case. Some parts may be special-order items and may require additional lead time.

Parts Returns

Parts returns must be approved in writing before shipment. Returned parts must be unused, uninstalled, clean, and in resalable condition. The following may not be returnable:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical or hydraulic components
  • Special-order parts
  • Parts damaged during customer handling or installation
  • Parts missing packaging, labels, or identifying information

Return windows, restocking fees, and refund timing follow the Return & Refund Policy and final written approval.

Warranty Claim Process

To begin a warranty claim, contact WeCan Global America with the product model, serial number, purchase record, photos or videos of the issue, and a description of the operating conditions.

A claim may require inspection of the equipment or failed part. Do not discard, repair, ship, or replace a suspected defective part without written authorization — unauthorized repairs or shipments may not be eligible for reimbursement. If the claim is approved, WeCan Global America will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, repair guidance, or other approved support.

Freight & Shipping for Warranty Claims

Warranty-related freight, hauling, pickup, delivery, unloading, and return shipping must be approved in writing before shipment.

Warranty-related freight responsibility is determined by the final written warranty terms and the applicable sales agreement.

Important Notes

  • Product specifications, parts availability, model details, and warranty terms are subject to change without prior notice.
  • No dealer, employee, representative, or third party is authorized to modify this warranty unless the change is made in writing by WeCan Global America.
  • This warranty applies only to products sold through authorized channels. Products purchased used, through unauthorized sellers, or without proof of purchase may not be eligible for warranty support.
