Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Straight answers on fit, freight, warranty, and how buying from WeCan works.

Buying & quotes
How do I get pricing?
Every implement is quoted to your operation. Send your details through Request a Quote and we return a written quote — no obligation. There’s no public price list because configuration and freight vary by model and destination.
Do you sell direct, or through dealers?
Both. You can buy direct from our Houston hub, and we’re building a dealer network across the Americas. If you’d rather carry the line, see Become a Dealer.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for a single implement. Volume and dealer terms are quoted separately.
Tractor compatibility
How do I know an implement will fit my tractor?
Three things decide it — PTO horsepower, PTO speed (540 or 1000 RPM), and three-point hitch category (I, II, or III). Tell us your tractor make and model and we confirm the match before you order.
What horsepower tractor do I need?
It depends on the model and working width. Each product page lists working width and PTO HP range. Powered tools like rotavators and power harrows ask more of the PTO than passive disc tools of the same width.
540 or 1000 PTO — which do I need?
Most WeCan implements run on 540 RPM; larger units may specify 1000. We confirm the correct driveline for your tractor on the quote.
Shipping & logistics
Where do you ship?
Across the Americas, out of our Houston, Texas distribution hub.
How fast can I get one?
Available inventory and dispatch timing are confirmed with each quote. Lead times for non-stock configurations are confirmed on the quote. See Logistics.
Can you deliver straight to my farm?
Yes — we drop-ship to a dealership or directly to the farm.
Warranty & support
Is there a warranty?
Yes. WeCan implements carry a manufacturer warranty. The exact coverage and terms are confirmed in writing with your quote.
What if something needs service?
Parts and technical support run through our Houston hub. Reach us through Contact and we’ll get you the right part or guidance.
Parts & service
Are spare parts available?
Yes — wear parts and components are stocked or ordered through Houston. Have your model and serial number ready and we’ll match the part.
What maintenance do these implements need?
Routine items like gearbox oil changes, bearing lubrication, and blade or disc wear checks. Intervals are in each model’s manual — the essentials are on our Operating & Safety Guides.
