Freight & Delivery

How orders ship — from small parts by parcel to crated, palletized, and LTL freight machinery.

WeCan Global America sells agricultural machinery, tractor implements, attachments, and related parts. Because product size, weight, destination, delivery access, and carrier requirements may vary, shipping methods and freight costs may be confirmed on an order-by-order basis.

Order Processing

Orders and quote requests are reviewed during normal business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, payment confirmation, shipping method, freight scheduling, and destination.

Shipping Methods

Small items or parts may ship by standard parcel carrier when available.

Large machinery, implements, attachments, or oversized products may require freight shipping, LTL freight, flatbed delivery, palletized shipping, crated shipping, or other special handling.

Shipping charges, delivery method, and estimated transit time may be confirmed before an order is finalized.

Delivery Area

WeCan Global America is located in Houston, Texas.

Shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Some locations may require a custom freight quote, special carrier arrangement, or additional handling fees.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and confirming that the delivery location is accessible for the appropriate carrier or freight vehicle.

For freight shipments, customers may be responsible for arranging proper unloading equipment, such as a forklift, loading dock, tractor with forks, or other suitable equipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, farm or rural delivery, redelivery, storage, appointment changes, or address correction.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect all shipments at delivery. If visible damage, shortage, or delivery concern is present, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing, take photos, and contact us as soon as possible.

Title & Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise stated in writing, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the products are transferred to the carrier, under the delivery terms shown on the applicable quotation or invoice. Freight charges — including any freight required to fulfill a warranty claim — are quoted per order and set out in the applicable sales agreement.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight providers, weather, road conditions, customs, port delays, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control.
