Returns & Refunds

How returns, refunds, and damage claims are handled for agricultural machinery and parts.

Thank you for visiting WeCan Global America.

Because our products include agricultural machinery, tractor implements, attachments, and related parts, returns and refunds are not processed through a standard automated return system.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before sending any item back.

All return, refund, replacement, damage, or order-related requests must be reviewed and approved by WeCan Global America in writing before any item is returned or any resolution is issued.

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Customer name
  • Product model
  • Delivery date
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, pallet, crate, or visible damage, if applicable

Items sent back without prior written authorization may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Custom-configured units, special orders, and used equipment are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Return eligibility, restocking, and refund terms for an approved return are defined in the applicable sales agreement.

Warranty coverage, if any, is provided under the manufacturer’s terms and confirmed in writing at the time of sale.

WeCan Global America may update this policy as operating procedures evolve. Return, restocking, and refund terms for a given order are governed by the applicable sales agreement.
